Maintenance Surveying
1) Carried out Inspections and detailed survey, diagnosing problems and producing cost estimate for remedial works. 2) Producing detailed specification specification of work and contract documentation. 3) Administering the tendering process and /or negotiating with partnering contractors . 4) Supervising contracts on the site maintaining all documentation including issuing certificates and priced instructions, interim valuations . 5) Monitoring and controlling contractors workload to ensure good performance and value for money.
